【深入開展成本費用控制年活動】青海公司開展群眾性降本增效活動
本網訊 為積極應對水泥市場面臨的嚴峻形勢,進一步動員廣大職工牢固樹立主人翁意識,發揮主力軍作用,青海公司根據公司 “成本費用控制年”活動要求和自身生產經營和改革發展實際,在全公司開展以“降低成本、提高效益”為主題的群眾性降本增效活動。
一(yi)是以安全管理(li)(li)(li)流程(cheng)再(zai)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)作為(wei)契機,層(ceng)層(ceng)落(luo)實安全生(sheng)產責任(ren)制,加(jia)(jia)大(da)隱患排查治理(li)(li)(li)和(he)反違(wei)章力(li)(li)度,提高(gao)設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)水平,確保(bao)人(ren)身和(he)設(she)備(bei)安全。二(er)是抓好(hao)(hao)原(yuan)(yuan)煤、石膏、粉煤灰、工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)礦渣(zha)等原(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料招(zhao)標(biao)和(he)進(jin)廠(chang)控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,嚴格(ge)(ge)進(jin)廠(chang)檢(jian)(jian)驗工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,保(bao)證原(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料各項(xiang)指標(biao)合(he)(he)格(ge)(ge),通(tong)過(guo)質量(liang)(liang)控制降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)噸熟(shu)料實物(wu)(wu)煤耗(hao)(hao)(hao),提高(gao)混合(he)(he)材(cai)摻加(jia)(jia)量(liang)(liang),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)生(sheng)產成(cheng)本。三是大(da)力(li)(li)開展(zhan)修(xiu)舊(jiu)利廢、技術革新(xin)(xin)等節能降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)活動,通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)故障多、能耗(hao)(hao)(hao)高(gao)的(de)設(she)備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)技改,減少備(bei)品備(bei)件消耗(hao)(hao)(hao)量(liang)(liang),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)設(she)備(bei)檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong);厲行(xing)(xing)節約(yue),減少浪費(fei),向成(cheng)本要效益。四是加(jia)(jia)快皮(pi)帶廊和(he)余(yu)熱(re)發(fa)電項(xiang)目建(jian)設(she),停止現有的(de)廠(chang)內倒運工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)部分(fen)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)支(zhi)出;確保(bao)余(yu)熱(re)發(fa)電項(xiang)目于5月份建(jian)成(cheng)運行(xing)(xing),力(li)(li)爭全年(nian)發(fa)電量(liang)(liang)與今(jin)年(nian)外(wai)部用(yong)(yong)電漲價(jia)(jia)部分(fen)相抵消。五是優化混合(he)(he)材(cai)摻加(jia)(jia)率,降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)水泥熟(shu)料配比,多摻加(jia)(jia)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)低(di)的(de)混合(he)(he)材(cai),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)成(cheng)本。六是創新(xin)(xin)運行(xing)(xing)機制,條件具備(bei)時通(tong)過(guo)外(wai)包等形(xing)式,降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)生(sheng)產費(fei)用(yong)(yong)支(zhi)出。七是加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)核算,將(jiang)指標(biao)細(xi)化到班(ban)組、個人(ren)。對(dui)各單位(wei)實行(xing)(xing)定額經費(fei)核算,節約(yue)獎勵,超(chao)支(zhi)扣罰,以大(da)力(li)(li)開展(zhan)對(dui)標(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作為(wei)載體,進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)(jia)大(da)獎懲力(li)(li)度,努力(li)(li)減少設(she)備(bei)臨停和(he)開停機次數,要避免(mian)鋪張浪費(fei)、大(da)手(shou)大(da)腳(jiao)現象,盡量(liang)(liang)減少不必(bi)要的(de)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)開支(zhi),要積極做好(hao)(hao)物(wu)(wu)流供應采購的(de)招(zhao)標(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,開展(zhan)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)本增效合(he)(he)理(li)(li)(li)化建(jian)議(yi)征集等活動,切實降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)管理(li)(li)(li)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。八是嚴格(ge)(ge)按照股份公司要求大(da)力(li)(li)實施“瘦(shou)身強(qiang)體”策(ce)略(lve),盡量(liang)(liang)減少無增值、無效益以及可設(she)可不設(she)的(de)環節和(he)崗位(wei),降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低(di)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)。(陳增禮)
